VAA PROPOSED 2012 USA TRIP.


The V A A is looking at the feasability of a visit to the U S A in May 2012. It would be 7 to 8 nights in duration and the suggested start date is weekend 19th/20th May 2012.

The visit could include the following museums and firearms factories (and of course shopping on the East Coast of the United States):
Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of American History. Washington, DC.
U S Marine Corps Museum, Quantico, Virginia.
F B I Firearms Museum, Washington, DC.
Springfield Armory, Springfield, Massachusetts.
Minuteman National Historical Park at Lexington and Concord, Massachusetts.
Beretta USA, Accokeek, Maryland.
Colt’s Manufacturing LLC, Hartford, Connecticut.
Smith & Wesson Firearms Manufacuring, Springfield, Massachusetts.
Sturm, Ruger & Co., New Hampshire.
SIG Arms, Exeter, New Hampshire.


The estimated price of the trip including hotels, transportation and some meals would be £1,300 per person based on double occupancy, we encourage members to bring wives and partners. The actual price will depend on the number of participants and the final itinerary.
